Microsoft's Hololens plug-ins have been developed to enable an exact replica of the asset to be presented to the user as a precise 3D model which can then be interacted with. When inspecting a point of interest the system will automatically retrieve the best matching images that show it in detail.

This technology is now available in helmet form factor to enable engineers to have access to these precise 3D models anywhere in the field.
